Co-founder, former CEO and CMO of Mary’s Medicinals, Nicole brings two decades of strategic marketing and business development experience to the CBx team. From campaigns in Europe early in her career, to founding Pango Marketing – the first and only concentrated marketing firm in the country with a financial division for capital acquisitions, to launching Mary’s multi-award winning product lines into all fifty states and internationally, Nicole contributes a depth of cannabis industry business development and marketing expertise to the CBx team.

In 1996, Jeff co-founded the global advertising agency Factory Design Labs, now the visionary leader in customer creation for culture-driven lifestyle brands such as The North Face and Oakley. Factory has offices in Denver, USA, Shanghai, China and Verbier, Switzerland. In 2004, Jeff co-founded Beatport, the largest music store for DJs in the world. As Co-Manager at Evolab, Jeff has served as a senior advisor supporting the company’s rapid growth since 2014.

Formerly Director of Marketing & PR at Beatport, the first and largest electronic music oriented online music store, Shawn has unique expertise in consumer marketing. Prior to the acquisition of Beatport in 2013, Shawn helped grow the company into a global organization with operations in Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Amsterdam and Berlin.

During his tenure as Director of Business Development at Mary’s Medicinals, he developed creative marketing and PR campaigns that supported the company’s rapid expansion into multiple states and international markets.
